• This is a 1st Floor Unit, not ground floor - There are 14 steps up one flight of stairs to the front door.

• Smoke free and pet free - No pets or smoking allowed in the condo.

• Minimum Age Limit - You must be 25 years old or older to rent The Seahorse.

• Purchase Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE that covers "trip interruption." Hurricane Season in NC runs June 1-November 30, with the most activity in September and October. Trip Interruption insurance covers Hurricane Evacuations. NC Vacation Rental Act states refunds are not due to renters for interrupted stays due natural disasters if guests opted out of travel insurance.
